Yam Cake recipe

Noticed in my search engine, always can see someone searching for yam cake, no idea who it is but I guess she/he must be a yam cake lover as me gua. 
Ok, in order to satisfy her/him, here is the simple recipe:
- steamed and mashed a yam.
- season the yam with salt, pepper.
- add some wheat starch- est qty 2-3 tp.
- add 1 tp of cooking oil.
- then either shape as ring form (as u can see in restaurant ) or small pieces (refer here).
- lastly, coated with wheat starch and deep fried.
- finally topping with sweet & sour pork.
Very simple right? Happy trying!
Wheat starch packet can refer from here too.
Eh.. this is Yam ring woh.. not Yam Cake..
