Lyon has a very bad habit lately, she very slow in eating her food during meal time. most of the days I cannot stand the her slowness. I have to constantly remind her to swallow her food, so that I can feed her next scope. But this girl of mine, just take her own sweet time and keep the food inside her mouth. I have to keep telling her: faster swallow, else the food become worm, then will get stomachache.

But for junk food or sweet, she can eat pretty fast, no need to remind her. For my kids meal time food, they are lucky as MIL will cook specialty for them, sometimes can see colorful soup or dishes for them, such as carrot, tomato, corn, broccoli and others. Yet she still behaves like that.

She very clever to argue with you when we remind her to swallow her food. She will say:

“ I am chewing now lar! You no see meh?”
“ My mouth small mah, have to eat slowly!”
“ Don’t put big scope into my mouth, my mouth very small!”
“ I already eat very fast lor! How fast you want ar?”

See, you will vomit blood or not when listen to all sort of funny excuses! *sigh*

Will this due to poor appetite? Does there any supplement can take in order to boost up appetite? I ever let Wien try on Appeton last time and she did improve in eating speed but my concern is Wien never keep food in her mouth. She is either eat or no eat when she is at Lyon age now. Mummy is headache now, I want her to eat more, I want her to look more big size as her size really small as compare to other kids at her stage now.
