Sad for her

Last night I still think of her. You can read her story here.
I no visit her, coz I know she’ll cry once see me there; only communicate with her via sms. I am close with my Malay colleagues, dunno why; even in schooling time I also close with malay schoolmate or classmate. They call me Kak XXX (my surname) too due to I was one year older than them (I took Peralihan at that time, same as other Chinese student). I remember during Secondary one, I am the only Chinese student in the class too! The only reason that I can think of is probably due to I can speak fluent Bahasa! Hey, my babysister is a Malay woman too! I know she is still alive, how nice if I can meet her again.
Back to my Malay colleague now, she is discharge today, resting at home and take care by her own mom now. She told us the baby is a BOY, my goodness, I am sure she is very very sad now; not only she is sad, we here as her colleagues also sad for her. But thing already happened, cry also no help now. She sms-ed us: saya sudah puas nangis. What can I do now? Other than console her? *sigh*
I cannot say this thing is out of control, as I believe if she went for scanning before 3rd month, at least she no need to bear such pain. 5 month old baby consider quite big to me, her doctor confirmed the baby die during month 4. Can you imagine she carrying a die baby for a month and she even did her check up at that time too? This certainly a sad case to every mom-to-be.
Blame our goament, already equipped with scanning machine, stingy to let us use in first trimester, why must why till month 5 only can do scanning and do thorough checking, don’t you think month 5 is very risky if detected something happen to the baby?
*Speechless*

??? you mean in government hospitals, you can do a scan during the 1st trimester? that is so crappy!
alamak…why 5th month oni scan???
Wow, carrying a baby who have died for one month. That’s shocking. Doesnt she realize there’s no movement?
Poor her. I hope she will recovered from this tragedy. I know now there is a doppler handset in US where you can hear the baby’s heartbeat at 4th month onwards.
