I tot courier services are much better then our national service wan?? now proof that is wrong! I never experience lost parcel ler..seem like stick to national post is good too..:p Hope you can get back the claim faster lah...I think you better send an email to their HD cheh...ask them apologies and refund the money!! wah…they really lost it??
