Poor Service

I am not happy today. Due to my parcel send to my Ebay buyer was lost during transit. If send by our Pos Laju or Pos office service, I still can accept the fact that they lost my parcel, you know lar their service level. But this is not, I was sending them using courier service!! A reliable company some more!
When the buyer told me she not yet receive my parcel, I got shocked. To me, this is impossible, how can 3 days still not yet reach her hand. Quickly called up CS to check status, they told me already sent 2 days ago. OK, I asked for proof…then ding dong ding dong, they unable to fax me, gave me all sort of excuses! Fine, I gave them one more day to show me the proof; else I am going to make report.
Then today, early morning I start calling them, answer I got: sorry, our people in PJ lost your parcel. Me more shocked to hear this news, earlier on told me already sent, now told me LOST! So I asked them what I should do now.
The lady keep apology to me…is useless to me anymore, I said I am going to make a report and claim back my amount. Now I wait for my police report to come back.
Hehe…I am going to claim up to their max amount. Don’t play play with me; I am very expert in claiming and complaining thingy!
Update : I think one of the staff steal my parcel, so to protect their company image, she just told me lost it lor!

How can they lose it?? Geez…
wah…never know courier service like that …thought can be trusted

Nowadays courier companies (esp local ones) are very negligent in their service. I’m dealing with them everyday in my workplace and there are more and more frequent happenings of damaged goods.

that’s really very very bad! How can that happen!! Must complain & claim!!! Next time dun use them.. what’s the company name? we boycott!!

aiyo….if their staff really stole your parcel and reported it as stolen hor, then it’s really not right and ethical.

wah…they really lost it?? I tot courier services are much better then our national service wan?? now proof that is wrong! I never experience lost parcel ler..seem like stick to national post is good too..:p
Hope you can get back the claim faster lah…I think you better send an email to their HD cheh…ask them apologies and refund the money!!

eiyer…. why lidat want. i hate it! the last time i sent some doc thru Pos Laju also they lost it and i scolded them over the phone like mad! so so frustrating la… which courier service company you used? ‘cheong sui hui dei’!!!!

Cannot be, lah because Pos Malaysia is now very efficient. Eh, Pos Laju is our local Pos Malaysia courier company. Where got any other courier company within Pos Msia?!
