My elder sister bought a terrace house near Taman Merdeka. She rent out her house and lately her tenant told her that her house attacked by termites. Termites also known as white ants in more layman term. This cause her tenant terminate the tenancy immediately once they spotted termites all around the house area. As a result of it, my sister spends a lot of money on pest control in order to get rid of those irritating termites. Termites are amazingly proficient in gaining access to the house. Therefore I told my sister to take proper termite prevention, to avoid her house being attacked by termites again.
