笑话

12/05/2010, 2.03pm

You are 8 now!

Happy Birthday Wien, so fast you’re 8yo now!!

I know you had been waiting for this day after last year birthday party. You love to have party simply because you wish to receive more birthday presents. Hmmmm…too bad, mummy decided this year not to do any event like that. Not that we don’t love you anymore but Mummy just wish to have a quiet birthday with you, with Lyon and of course your dear papa.

Wishing you grow healthy and be happy all the time and do study hard and don’t mummy scold u again ya.

I had posted this post at my online store, now I want to do another round of advertisement and promotion here.

Maria, aka Twinsmom - a well known blogger among us, had published her own book recently. (Hey, own book ler, don’t play play!:P) Those articles were taken from her blog, pertaining to her family life and her twins stories. If you can read Chinese, go grab the book. It is fun reading it though.

Below is the details of her book showcase on 13/03/10:
《双喜妈妈的日记》新书分享会

日期:2010年3月13日(星期六)
时间:5pm – 6pm
地点:Puchong IOI Mall 大众书局
主讲:双喜妈妈 (Twinsmom)
主持:Rawangboy 钟进贺

Go there to give her support if you can make it.

Now what I am trying to tell here is, Maria gave me a big surprise in her book. Look at the book cover here:

See the 2 little girls dress…don’t you think it is look like my balloon dress? Hehe…Maria ever bought 2 dresses from me, pink & light blue. Those graphic draw by creative Maria too. I am so excited when I received the book from her (with her signature some more) and dancing with joy after seeing my dress being featured in her book.

Thank you so much Maria (also the antique bookmark) . You had make my day!

My all time supporter for my sewing work, though she doesn’t like to wear dress sometimes! :)

Din realized so long never update this blog already, so sorry! Finally Kids Islands CNY orders had settled and already reached to the buyer by now. I can relax now.

However before I can totally relax and enjoy this festive, I have to sew some for Wien & Lyon too. If still have time, I may sew a dress for myself too cos need to attend a wedding dinner on 7th of CNY.

Let’s take this chance to wish all of you Happy Chinese New Year and have a great holiday with your loved one!

I ever wrote about Wien extra class last year where we managed to exempt her from attending it. This year she is in Primary 2 and the attendance stated in the letter is compulsory. From beginning, her papa disagree with this extra class (tuition) thingy. His reason still same as last year.

However Wien request us to give her permission to attend. I think she must be thinking her teacher will scold her, that’s why she want to attend. Well, I just pay for it, let her try out one month, see whether she can tahan or not.

The schedule is crazy. Every Tue - Fri, from 2.10 - 4.20pm. Normal class dismiss is 1.10pm, so every kids will have 1 hour to go back take lunch and bath, then come to school again continue suffer! So in a week, she spent more than 90% of her time in school. Tell me where is the fun for a small kid now? Come back from school still need to do her normal school homework ler. You think she still has energy to do it? Already half dead I tell you. Sometimes can see 4 work books ( the max so far).

This is only the first week attending extra class. She said not tire but I really feel tire for her. Anyway, I just let her tried for this month. By Feb, surely will stop her from attending again. In fact, her papa already asked me stop it by this week.

Not only the kid tire, the chauffeur also tire ler….

become independent

Lyon in K2 now. Her class is at upstairs. Usually I will accompany her to walk to her class everyday. She will carry her tumbler while me help her carry the school bag.

Yesterday night she told me that her class teacher not allow the parent to accompany anyone of them into class starting today, 12/01/10. ( For a moment, I keep quiet and wait for her next sentence. Cos this girl is shy type too and she wants me to accompany her walk into her class everyday ler!! ). She still keep quiet and did not say anything after that. So I act kancheong and asked her how. She replied me steadily :

“You send me till downstairs lar, then I walk to class by myself lor!”
“What about your school bag?”
“I carry myself lor!”
“Are u sure u can?”
“Hmmm…”(nodded her head)

She scare her class teacher will scold or punish her, so now she has to do it herself. (Oh my, she is only 5y 2mth ler…to me she still small lar…)

So today, 12/01/2010,when reach the staircase, she asked me stopped there and passed the school bag to her. After bid bye bye to me, she walk straight to her class. Looking at her back, suddenly I feel sad…how come my girl grown up so fast ar!!…….

**sometimes I still carry her to bed, just like how I carry a baby when they are still very small….I just miss those days…how nice if I can turn back the clock…**

Lyon in K2

This year, Lyon’s class will be at upstairs, K2. Her size is very small as compare to other kids, some even thought she is only 4 yo. Hehe…no choice, year end baby and also same gene as her mummy!

She is excited and looking forward for school re-open. I am glad to know that, at least this year she no needs me to sit next to her. LOL

I told her let’s go to 4 and 5yo class to see crying kids, but she refuse to go. She knows I am going to tease her. She is one of the crying kids when she attended kindy the first week during last year. Crying and wailing!! Now my small baby really grown up.

Only recently we taught her how to wipe after big business. Before this we do the wiping and cleaning for her. During K1, she never do big business in school cos she said she don’t know how to wipe. And also she is shy to ask for help from her teacher. Poor girl have to “yan” when she has the urge to do big business.

These 2 days she is doing her big business at home before heading to school. This is good sign and hope she can continue to do this, so that she no need to “yan” in school or do it herself ( she still cannot wipe clean lar).

Happy New Year 2010 !!!

May year 2010 bring us more luck and good news!

I am neglecting this blog for quite some time. I do have some stories about the girls to share but lazy bugs attacked me again.

very soon long school break will be over…..less than 10 days…wow, so fast my holiday will be over soon…sob sob sob.

Finally I had settled all my Christmas orders! Phew…….however now I have to rush for the umbrella school uniform. I think I am able to get them all done before school re-open, else my customers going to threw me with rotten eggs.

Wien uniform dress also shorter a lot by now, must get her new sets too. Other wise I will feel guilty. As for Lyon, her uniform still wearable, proof that she did not grow taller than her sister. ( good for her mummy too, no need to custom made again…hahaha)

For this break, the girls had went to A Famosa water theme park to have fun. This round (3rd times) they played till reluctant go home. I have to tell ” last round, last round” for so many times. No pictures taken cos all of us are dipped into the pool to play and slide, and camera was locked in the locker!

After A Famosa fun, the girls are required to write a small story for the trip. Their papa set the wording for them, sort of homework lar. Wien updated in their blog at :
http://vvandjj.blogspot.com/

Whereas I noticed Lyon wrote hers in a piece of paper which is love shape. So lovely!

After that we also went to KL for window shopping and see the nice Christmas decor at Parvilion. Why Parvilion? Becos I never been there before.

This long break did not go far as planned simply becos I have busy schedule. Lucky the girls did not complaint much, maybe they are satisfy and happy with the A Famosa and KL trip. There is always next time, right?
