NgaKu, one of the popular thing sell in market now, I mean during CNY lar! Pevious year, MIL likes to buy ready fried ngaku (crispy cracker), but this year she decided to DIY. So me responsinle to source for the ngaku, and she do for the frying. Further, buy from shelf not cheap ler, RM15 just for one can that less than 300gm! Still DIY is the best way!
Actually very simple only, wash-slice-sock in water with salt-remove water and deep fry. We use the knife that come with slicer function wan, I don’t know how to call that utensil. Anyone who know pls help!
Very nice cracker, try it if you never make this before. It’s pretty simple. I bought 8kg in total, but already finished up the 4kg, so you know how much my family love this tibits! I knew some friends/blogger buy in cartons! No wonder this ngaku so popular at this festive.
I took pictures of deep frying and ready fried cracker.
