2 weeks after my ectopic operation, was Lyon 2 years old birthday(22/11). My initial plan was to make party hat for her and other kids. Also to cook many nice dishes and make fruit jelly, and prepare a small gift pack for the kids who attend her party. But after the operation, I seem no energy and mood to do anything; as I feel tire and the wound still pain. Hubby said just buy a cake will do, later when I fully recover only do another round to celebrate again. We agreed on that.

Lyon knew her BD coming soon, she keep telling us: 我要生日了啰！(I am going to birthday lor!). She looking forward her great day, as she want to blow the candles! MIL saw we did nothing for her birthday, so she took out a manila card and going to prepare the party hat! I feel touch, so I help her prepare some too! End up, I am the one who finished the 6 hats!

Wien inviting some of her Sunday school 3-4 buddies by invitation card that printed by hubby, but end up only a pair of twins come over. Lucky Lyon didn’t cry when the twins were here as she used to cry when stranger are at our home.

The party is small, but still have fried meehoon and friend chicken that prepared by MIL; also some titbits/ballons for the kids. SIL#1 brought over one champagne but end up we served Ribena for the kids.

Lyon fall sick the next day after the party night, she has high fever that last for 5 days!! Perhaps Zara’s mama is right, they play/eat too much during the party becos her Zara also sick after her birthday party.
