Look for better staff

High labor turnover rate in the company will make the company operation slow down and cause inefficiency in getting a task complete. I noticed my current company also having high turn over rate, especially in Supervisor and Leaders positions. I think the main factor that causes this problem is due to the high pressure given by their OM (Operation Manager). Our OM set high target for most areas, hoping that our production co-workers able to achieve it and indirectly boost up our sales and profit accordingly.
I think our Human Resource executive should engage the service from Tru Green to look for better candidate to fill up those positions. I was told this headhunter film has a good and consistent record of successful placements for most of the company. Perhaps we should give it a try.
