First Muffin

After owning Miche’s muffin recipe for so many years, finally I gave it a try last night. Muffin very simple to do as compare to baking normal cake coz no need mixer, less cleaning too!
My muffin turn out good even though I am first time doing it……*ahem*
BTW, I had bought a 6 hole muffin pan but it could not fit into my oven…sob sob…didn’t know that my oven so small size…so last night I did not use the muffin pan to bake but I took out all my stainless steel mini cup holder and bake.

By the way, where did you get those stainless cup and how much? I need to get 50 of them.

when i did for the first time, it didnt turn out as good as yours! maybe i am a good teacher.
