I am glad that my family members able to contribute to this campaign nearly 60 min. When all the lights are off, we go to outside for cycling. The street lights are still on; our neighbour’s lights are ALL ON too. Except my house is totally in darkness. *sigh* what a lousy Malaysian….not even bother to help the earth for just 60min.
Anyway, we are having fun of cycling. While cycling, the girls keep telling me that our house too dark and they scare! Hey, why scare? Don’t you see the street lights are so bright and all your jiran’s house are “bright bright” too?
After the 60min, ask them go back to the house. But they still want to continue their cycling. Just let them cycle for extra few min.

I think they are not aware of the Earth Hour. Penang Island was pretty good, lots of ppl done their bit. Even @ borders, half the lights were out and starbuck was totally out.
I did my part. We switched off all the lights (we normally leave the dimmer lights on but din switch them on dat nite) and went out at 8.10 p.m. to have dinner and came back at 9.25 p.m. Went up to the swimming pool area, just in time to see the Twin Towers and KL Towers on their lights again.
You know Jess, when I switched off the lights for the first 5 minutes, Wayne broke a cup!!!!!! So, I had to switch on the lights and start sweeping.
Like I told Michelle, we switched off all the lights, huddled in sitting room, on one fan ( to avoid mossy feasting on us) and watch deal no deal . Most of my neighbours still have their lights on though.
