After visiting doctor, Lyon can remember well what the doctor told her on what food to avoid and she will keep reminding me at home too.
During her sick period, she will follow wherever I go, even when I am busy in kitchen too. When I took out fish from fridge, she will quickly come and tell me:
“Mummy, doctor said I cannot eat fried stuff. You cannot fry fish for me.”
“No, mummy wants to steam fish!”
“ok, doctor said I cannot eat fried fish.”
She saw me took out carrot from fridge:
“Mummy, you forget what doctor tell me ar. Doctor said I cannot eat carrot and papaya. My hands and foot yellowish now.”
“No, mummy wants to cook for Jie Jie lar!”
Gosh….she can remember so clearly what the doctor said. When she is sick, don’t know why her hands and foot so yellowish, until the doctor commented that I gave her too much papaya and carrot, so he asks me stop it. Now she is back to normal.
She told me so many times this cannot eat, that cannot take, until I cannot stand and ask her:
“Doctor ask you don’t cry, why you still cry all the time? You forget liao ar?”
She keep quiet and pretend did not hear anything. Haiz…….

I think she have too much carotene like papaya and carrot. My son had the same thing when he was Lyon’s age. Now he is normal.
Next time tell the doctor to add ice-cream, sweets, choc, junk food to his list. Hehehehe….

Wa Lau Eh! Lyon so clever, talk like ‘big people’. My Wen Wen cry first before the doctor start talking. Not to talk about Wen Wen can’t listen to what doc has to say, sometimes, me & husb also can’t hear properly!!
