Do you print out your email?

My office paper usage very high, like eating paper type.
Almost everyday in fax/printer machine room I can see many those printed email letter. I wonder why they cannot just keep in their mailbox or daily, why must print out? Not only wasting paper, also wasting ink and money, not environmental friendly at all. I very fed up when see they printed out those email, some email only indicated meeting schedule or “small” intruction from their superior. Some email was being replied so many times, so had become a long long email, but these people still printed out those old story inside it, can’t they just print out the latest update?
*sigh* Dont know how to educate them NOT to print out ler, some are manager level though! I just couldn’t stand the way they waste like that!

they just don’t realise it cause they not paying for it. Not only waste paper but waste ink also lah!!!

ai ya company paid for the paper mah who care. if ask them buy themself gurantee it won’t happen.
no restriction or monitoring, ppl will just print.some company monitor how much things being printed out…
correct lor…my boss has the habit of printing his emails and ask me to file???!! maybe he find me too free??? hahaha

Sometimes really difficult to control what people trying to do, one eye open one eye close lol!!
my boss also ask me to print out emails…to me it’s a waste of paper.

Zara’s mama: we are using duplex printer now, but still high usage each month!
Nope, I don’t print out email. A notebook helps alot because I can carry it home to read email or anywhere. Save a LOT of paper.
