I got my compensation from the courier service, pretty fast ya!
The courier company that I use is ABX COURIER SERVICE, a weird name too!
I wrote in my dissatisfaction about their poor service last Thursday, its 2 pages long mind you! Within 5 minutes I received their Manager’s call and assure me they will compensate my losses. Well, I am happy to hear that coz I also wrote in my letter, if they ignore my complaint, I am going to lodge a report to Consumer Dept. That’s frightened them I guess.
They are paying me the amount that I claimed…..hahahahaha…told you I am very clever in complaining and making claim lor!

Must be looking for you if next time i want to make complaint….hehe..
will you charge us $$ if you help us to write complaint letter? hi hi

Haha..Serve them right. I oso will complaint lar. The last time my dad’s air ticket sent by pos express got lost and my dad never receive it. Luckily it was Air Asia ticket can just check in with i/c or else die lar.
Hubby forgot to keep the yellow sticker. So we cannot claim anything.

that’s is our Pos service, i can expect they dunno lost how many times lor! For ebay thingy, i will keep all the receipt until it reach destination.

for bank easy lar, just tell them u r going to cc a letter to Bank Negara or cancel your card immediately, i am sure they will take action wan.
woahahaha….good thing they were ready to compensate you for the loss! Next time need to send in complaint letter, will know who to look for lor!!! kekekeke
