Allow me to rant a bit here….

I have a very bad encounter with McD AK last Sunday.

As usual, we will went to McD AK after Zoo trip, the nearest place to have lunch as well as rest our feet after long walking journey in zoo.

Normally during lunch time (12noon - 2pm), this place is quite crowded. However most of time we still manage to find seats. Hubby drops us first while he goes find a parking in another area. Enter the restaurant, I cannot find any empty table with empty chairs, all occupied by customers. But I spotted 2 tables with no chairs. Yeah, empty table with no chairs. So I look around to look for vacant chairs from other tables. I managed to ask from 2 chairs from 2 different tables. I still lack of 2 chairs, right? Ok, I asked my girls sit down first when I go for hunting for another 2 chairs. LOL

I saw a table with 2 man sitting there playing with notebook but no Mcd food or drinks on their table. They have 3 chairs with them, 2 chairs they put on their notebook bag onto it and 1 chair is totally vacant. So thick face me go and ask for permission to take the vacant chair. The guy said ok.

Now I have 3 chairs, still short 1, right? Go find another one lor….but pity me, after 1 round still fail to get any chair. I go back to the same table again, ask for additional chair from them, hoping that they will put one bag on the floor and allow me to take it. Guess what’s his respond?

“Tak boleh, ini kita mahu pakai.”
“Bag boleh letak kat lantai?”
“Sorry, kita mahu pakai!”

Will you HOT when you hear this sentence? I am HOT now.

To me, they got no right to say so. First, they did not buy any McD food or drink, the table only can see 2 notebook and some papers(unless they already finish their food ealier la); secondly they occupy McD property for their own usage (the chair, the electricity, the aircond, also electricity to charge their notebook). I did not say anything after his reply. I straight go to counter and COMPLAINT!

I look for the Branch Manager and start complaining. At first, the Manager told me she unable to look for extra chair for me as they are also facing shortage of chairs! WTH???? Chair shortage? Obviously she did not listen to me properly. I ask her come out and see it using her own eyes.

Reach my place, and then she finally understands my situation. She went to the same table and took one chair for me. Then only the stupid guy willing to put down his notebook bag and allow she took 1 chair. KNN!

Hey, if I am able to get the chair from other tables, I will not ask from you lor…why waste my energy and saliva to talk to you??
